Villa Tradewinds is set right on the shoreline and is built in the classic Caribbean style with a single level layout and with a detached suite facing the pool. The decoration is colourful and informal - perfect for a classic family beach holiday. The master bedroom and two guestrooms are in the main villa. The master bedroom has a four poster king-sized bed and a private den. Two guest bedrooms have twin beds each. The fourth bedroom is located in a charming poolside cottage facing the sea and has two twin beds which can be configured as king, if required. All of the bedrooms have private en suite bathrooms.

Every living area faces the sea with glorious views and refreshing ocean breezes. The living room is cheerfully furnished in resort rattan and the adjacent dining room provides a formal space for elegant dining.

The 32 ft long swimming pool is positioned just off the water’s edge and expansive outdoor stone terraces provide ample lounging areas and al fresco dining options. To the right of the villa running along the ocean’s edge is a large lawn providing a great escape for a family BBQ's or a game of soccer.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations are final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenues and strongly recommended.

Booking Terms

50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are final and non- refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust Account.

All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10 are non-refundable.
